Hi! I am looking to have my wedding dress (and possibly my getaway dress) custom designed. I’ve compiled pictures of what I’d like but I was hoping to come in for a consultation on Saturday, May 18, 2012 with my parents if possible. The following is what I was envisioning.
So the top would be boat neck with 3/4ths sleeves (like to the forearm area)
Then the backside of the top would be like the below pic but maybe lined with a sheer nude color or something so you couldn’t stare at my garments all day long. I’m also considering incorporating similar designs on the edges of the sleeves and maybe a little on the front neckline. I’d prefer to have this beaded, no sequin like in the pic:

The bottom part is what I’m struggling with. I can’t figure out if it should be more form fitting with a skirt like this (i actually quite like the slit but obviously it would have to be not as high) I am also struggling with what material to make it. I like the mixture of having part lace/ part satin:

Or should I have the skirt more like this:

or have a bit more volume like this:

I figure any way I make the bottom, I can still have a puffy bow in the back like this.

Lastly, I’m really in to trains so I’m really hoping to have one! Nothing massive but still a bit of a statement. And to top it off, I’m hoping to have a cathedral length veil. Maybe one with lace trim?
Anyways, sorry if this is more than you wanted! Just wanted to cover all my bases just in case. I couldn’t find a contact number for you anywhere so I’ll leave my cell number in case you want to call me. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing back from you! š
Warmly,
