Would it be possible to get an estimate on making a dress like this below:

I am not sure where we could find the kind of mint green lace that would go on the dress, but maybe you would have access to more fabric than we would?

We would want to add some sleeves/wide straps to it – something like the attached picture (unless you have another suggestion that would look good with the style of dress we’re interested in).

And how long would it take to make?
