Ok so I am in desperate need of some help. I found a vintage dress at a thrift store and I need it completely recreated. All I want to use it the bottom and that needs work as well. I don’t trust alteration places and I need a designer to design it for me. I have been looking all over for someone to help me and my friend suggested you. Thanks so much!
